[Greenbuilding] "Average" cost of household energy

On a national level it would be practically irrelevant‹too many climate
zones (there are probably 20M households without any mechanical heating
(that¹s not a fireplace)) and too many region-based energy sources
(hydroelectric in the pacific northwest, coal in the midwest, oil in the NE,
etc)

EIA should have data broken down by region. Or check the website for your
grid operator.
