[Greenbuilding] low flow shower heads

My family's been using the 1.5gpm earth massage handhelds for years & they
work very well (thanks Amicus!). Glad to see the cutoff valve is built in to
the fixed units now. Our cutoff valves have either broken or never quite cut
the volume off completely...
