It¹s one of those issues that reinforces the importance of putting an
emphasis on:
* efficiencies and demand side management first...if you shrink your pie
then the PV¹s cover more and justify themselves more
* reflecting other benefits in addition to the environmental, such as energy
security, cutting off the oil dictators and oil barons, localized
independence, financial utility price stability....
