[Greenbuilding] looking for best 4' and 8' fluorescent shop light

My conclusion is basically the same as David Bergman.  The bulbs themselves
(all things equal) just don't vary all that much. I'd just closed my eyes
and say "eeny-meeny-miney-moo"
