Around here a rule of thumb is about 10 cents/kWh. At that rate, you'd be in
the neighborhood of 78,000 kWh for that much money. You should be able to
look up the rate in Halifax (if that is where you are/your client is). I
doubt it is too far from 10cents, but 15 cents would be 52,000 kWh.
One other thing to consider is your local rate structure/design. At that
(high) consumption level the customer is almost certainly *not* paying the
basic kWh rate but, depending on the rate design, more or less per kWh.
