[Greenbuilding] Carbon and Nitrogen taxes - was drying clothes

Since Nitrogen may be the bigger problem, do we need a Nitrogen tax too? Maybe a sulfur and fluorine tax??

Amen to Carbon Tax for simplicity of getting to the 
point and getting the non caring to participate in the solution.
