[Greenbuilding] Quartz Infrared Heaters

I used one last year when I was living in my garage (while building the 
house).  It did well in an approx 900 sq ft. building.  Insulated (R21 
walls, R40 ceiling, R10 slab,) but with a leaky 14ft garage door.  In 
Ontario, with -10 to -20 days, my total electric bill was $45/month.
