The Omega Institute, Rhinebeck NY, due west or NE PA, constructed the "Eco
Machine"(EM) to meet the requirements of the Living Building Challenge.
The EM treats up to 38,000 gallons a day which is likely more capacity
than what you need to address. The EM was designed by John Todd Ecological
Design. You would likely need to design a greenhouse for the EM to reside
in prior to the treated effluent entering a constructed wetland.
