what i really need is one of these that will accept D cells. The
rechargeable versions have no more storage capacity than AA's. Might
as well use AA's with an adapter. But it's nice to have the higher
capacity of D cells (such as in flashlights when camping).
Anyone know a reason why i couldn't hack this one to accept D's?
