Hi All, Long-time lurker, finally I have a question: We have some family property in Vermont that is used a total of 2-3 months a year (4 bedrooms, 2 baths, about 2k sqft). It has an electric water heater and we are thinking that an on-demand unit would be more appropriate. Are there any units you would recommend? Thanks, Fred
