[Greenbuilding] ENERGY STAR Clothes Dryers Program Launch

all you need are tall enough poles and strong enough clips.

energy star follows and leads. there were no "clothes dryers" in Energy 
Star because it wasn't about drying clothes but about the available 
white goods (appliances) and identifying the better performers. since 
only one white goods technology was available there was nothing to 
differentiate through Energy Star, ergo no Energy Star dryers. but if 
you are talking about drying clothes it is a whole different matter.

even in high rises we could have alternatives, like those drying rooms 
mentioned elsewhere in this thread, both/and utilizing the superior wind 
resources and solar exposure, and other energy flows within that 
building system.
