Regionally produced will highly depend on your region.  But try:
Quiet Walk
Quiet Stride
...both made of recycled components. Quiet Walk is made in the Midwest;
Quiet Stride, I¹m not sure where.

Could also do a cork underlayment‹rapidly renewable but not recycled. But be
prepared for it to be delicate (can tear easily) and some of them,
ironically, shouldn¹t be used under cork floors.
