2.       What have been people’s experience with multi-family building pest control?  Even eco-insecticides are still insecticides!

-  I have filled the bottom of stud cavities with diatomaceous earth (used in swimming pool filters) on intercity renovations. Though it feels soft, under a microscope you will see sharp edges that can cut the soft underbelly of roaches and other pest. Definitely effective in controlling roaches.
