[Greenbuilding] Nyle Geyser HPWH - Preliminary Results (was HEAT PUMP WATER HEATER)

I'm not sure this is really a fair evaluation. A design is really only as
useful as its application. As a closed concept yes this consumes but houses
need an exchange of air and this type of device converts warm moisture laden
air into hot water - and the byproduct is cooled air. Both have a use in a
house design. One in terms of heat recovery of exhaust air and the other for
whatever use it can be put to (cooling quebec beer and few vegetables
perhaps) or simply exhausted. We spoke recently of drying closets (would be
an efficient dryer).

Now if the machine could be powered by the pedal power of robs aquatic
machine all the better (depending on the caloric value and embodied energy
of the beer).

Yes basically. Aren't you glad you aren't PAYING for it all.

Thank You Kindly,
