Off topic slightly John. But do you know if anyone has done any modeling of
the effects of running a ground tempering loop (Incoming HRV pre-temper)
under an insulated slab on grade. I had been thinking about that recently,
but wasn't sure if that would mess with the frost lines.

In the wall section above, I would assume that if you went peel & stick at
the exterior sheathing layer, you would drop the vapour control (poly up
here).

Also, another unrelated, but somewhat related question. In the testing you
did with regards to furring and exterior insulation, would horizontal
furring hold up the same, or would you recommend just tossing cross battens
onto the vertical furring.
