[Greenbuilding] paint stripper

Does anyone have a good paint stripper recipe?
I have tested the available brands and like Citristrip the best.
But I was wondering if I could mix my own.
I found this recipe that uses washing powder, flour and water:

But maybe I can mix similar ingredients to Citristrip?
Is that Citrus Solvent based?
Suggestions?
