[Greenbuilding] Heat pump vs radiant

Hello,
I am building an Earthship for a client in NY and he wants it bigger than
is ideal for an earthship, thus it will need supplemental heating and
cooling.

My question is whether I should heat the space with radiant heating or with
a minisplit. Either system will be fueled by panels (thermal and PV).
