[Greenbuilding] Appraisers for true green home value

[David Wentling]

Appraisal Institute has many forms and training available. 
We just had them in town to provide realtor and appraiser training. They discuss how to value energy efficient buildings and renewable energy. 
They are working with Sandia Labs which just came out with a new PV Evaluation Tool. (http://energy.sandia.gov/?page_id=8047)

Since the training we have several appraisers trying out the forms.
