I am tempted to suggest none at all.  Let him see what a container is 
like with no insulation.

More charitably, I am tempted to suggest almost none at all.  Don't heat 
the building, heat the occupant.  Heated clothing, heat lamps, small 
radiant heaters directed solely at the occupant, that sort of thing.
