[Greenbuilding] Open Cell Failure

To pick a nit - the dew point of air is a function of the water vapor 
content alone.  As more water vapor is added to a volume of air, the dew 
point of that air raises, until it has raised to the actual (dry bulb) 
temperature, at which point any further addition of water vapor will 
condense.
