[Greenbuilding] Another Lighting Retrofit

We've installed over eighty-five thousand Philips Instant FIT lamps over the past two years. These 12-watt T-LEDs are as bright as the 32-watt T8 fluorescents they replace, use one-half as much energy, offer much longer service life and their light quality is noticeably better.  A simple, direct replacement for T8 lamps powered by most any instant-start electronic ballast.

The lighting load at this location now falls below 12-watts per sq. meter with no loss in light levels.
