[Greenbuilding] Decking a Boathouse Roof

Sorry, hit reply to soon! Thanks for the tip on the covering for the EPDM. It seems like the best option. We'll take a look at any time as well. Any opinion on whether it's better to put the railing on the inside of the fascia board or to mount it on the outside?
