Not sure what to say about that. It isn't as if I didn't follow the
manufacturer supplied instructions scrupulously, or got much help with my
questions or complaints from Wostman once I had some. And although I
started out a huge fan and booster of these toilets, the manufacturer's
support to this customer really wasn't impressive, especially after the
untimely death of Sven Ingvar-Nillson, a knowledgeable and helpful champion
of these toilets and a wonderful person.
As already stated, the supplied micro-flush feature was not usable on the
one I ended up with due to a casting flaw in the porcelain, and a
subsequent iteration of this toilet physically differs precisely w/r/t how
urine is conveyed/odor is managed. If that is not a tacit admission that my
version was lacking in that department I don't know what would be.
