[Greenbuilding] Photovoltaics and EMFs

The Germans are in general way more concerned with EMFs than folks here in
North America, at least in my experience. Germany also has more PV than
just about anywhere, so right off I'd venture that run of the mill PV
doesn't seem likely to have EMF issues or the Germans would have raised a
ruckus.
