[Stoves] Improved Stoves without chimneys being used indoors ornot?

Does the kissing bug only hang out in thatched roofs? If smoke plays a part
in keeping people healthy this needs to be kept in mind in those countries.
In other places smoke is definitely only implicated in illness, not health,
but the situation you described is similar to the experiences of Cecil Cook
living with the Nambiquara in Brazil. They used smoke to control all sorts
of creepy-crawlies.
