[Stoves] Pellet burning on a larger scale

Dear Friends

This was pointed out to me by Alex English. If you read through the article
it describes pretty well the elements of a good combustion system. I am not
suggesting this is how to build a stove, I am suggesting that understanding
all the elements of a large burner/gasifier will help you maintain a
holistic mental picture of what is happening when you are building
something.
