Heavy metals should pass the EPA 503

as this rule is used for application of bio-solids to ag soil and taken up by
the U.S. Composting Council to be used for compost. The coliform and
salmonella bacteria should not apply here IMO but many regulators may think it
does. 

Then we have all the other organic toxins that are too numerous and expensive
to test therefore I think capturing on a biochar with a high butane activity
(perhaps greater than 8?) if it will capture and then re-charing should reduce
them to basic carbon(?)  Another little study! : )
