[Stoves] Hi TLUDers -- and EPA testing questions

Ron,
Lots of examples but ne'er the' a TLUD.

The IR machine was a loan from CANMET. It had higher range options than 
the boiler tools that we used.  And more importantly, it was recently 
calibrated:)
