Dear Joseph,
I believe that you are the Joseph that I met in Illinois a few years
back. Please confirm.
Regardless, I am able and willing to assist you. I have active TLUD
stove efforts in Uganda, and you are really quite close.
Please see the 3 documents about the new TChar variation of TLUD
stoves on the Internet at www.drtlud.com What I am working on
in Uganda is fully available to you. My next trip there is probably
April or May. And then you could come to Kampala where you could see
all the steps we are conducting to have succussful efforts. We would
assist you to replicate anything that you consider appropriate for you
district.
I am sending a copy of this message to Mr. Nolbert Muhumuza, my
associate in Kampala. Please include him in your reply.
Paul
