Hi Lanny,

Here are some figures from Prakti Institutional stoves. 

40L 
Power output : 3.86 kW
Fuel consumption : 0.08 kg of wood to boil 1 l of water

80L
Power output : 5.33 kW
Fuel consumption : 0.06 kg of wood to boil 1 l of water
