[Stoves] Request for proposals

Stanford University is looking for a million dollars plus proposal for game
changing technologies for developing world.

I was one of the keynote speakers at the conference in May which resulted
in this RFP.

Excellent opportunity to participate. Only criterion is that it has to
originate from a University worldwide.
