[Stoves] Measuring instrument for soot particles

Hello stovers,

Can PM2.5 and PM10 soot particles be measured by smartphone? Is there any
app developed to do so?

Will greatly appreciate any suggestion. Quite a few people in rural areas
have smart phones and if an app is available then this will help quantify
the soot production.
