Dioxins are produced from CHO but those with chlorine are better known
(infamous). Agricultural wastes, often discussed as having big potential as
a cooking fuel, have far more chlorine in them than wood. No doubt the
subject should be followed closely as a move from low temperature wood
burning to high temperature burning of 'grasses' will produce a lot more
dioxin.

On one of your other interest, do you have any figures comparing the amount
of toxic chemicals (ie dioxins) produced in a "regular" cook fire and one of
the smokeless cookers?
