[Stoves] ISO standards for cookstoves

I'd much prefer the ASTM consensus methods than anything ISO creates, but
that's only bitter experience from other ISO standards talking.
In my opinion, ISO methods are very difficult to actually use to do
something, and rarely define the statistical methods needed to analyse the
data properly.
