[Stoves] binder for char briquettes

Dear Musungu,
we  use waste flour fallen on the floor of a flour mill.
Dear Martin,l
we can use the powder of neem leaves.
Dear Richard,
we want to avoid adding water to the briquettes, because then they
have to be dried. We want to develop a dry process of briquetting.
