[Stoves] Three traditional Indonesian charcoal stoves

Dear Friends

 

Here is a picture showing three Indonesian traditional charcoal stoves. They
are one-piece affairs with a support structure, a fire bowl and a pot
supporting ring around it.

 

Notice the hole patterns are different. In this case (I found them in a
hotel restaurant) they are heated by alcohol tins below the fire bowl. The
combustion gases pass through the holes and keep food hot in a
round-bottomed container perched on top.
