[Stoves] GACC live broadcast has ended. $200 million pledge by USA

Stovers,

The pledging activities of the GACC meeting today (Friday) are not being 
broadcast.

The USA has pledged $200 million for stove efforts, and will participate 
with others for another $200 million in financial assistance efforts 
(seems like loans?) to facilitate the efforts.

GACC is entering its Stage 2 which is for scale up, including 
introduction of new and better stoves that can then get into the scale 
up activities.

Exciting times for stoves and Stovers of all types, not just for biomass.
