Hello Crispin & all,

 *ISO/TC 238  - Solid biofuels *

 for solid biomass fuels might prove to be applicable for  stove fuels - or
at least readily adapted for stove fuels.   It looks like ISO/CD 17225-8
may deal with  torrefied pellets.
