Dear Nurhuda

Have you tried putting a horizontal round disk (a bluff body) in the centre of the outlet hole to force the gases to mix with the secondary air entering the gas stream near the top of the combustion chamber?  It could be approximately 2/3 of the diameter of the central column into which the secondary air does not reach.
