Good to see practical usage of stove technology (broad sense of "stove").

Where can we read or see about the technology and structure of the fish 
dryer?

Congratulations to James Robinson for the results of his efforts. And 
others?   Crispin?

SNV website posted the article, and it clearly credits the US EPA for 
funding the demonstration FACILITY.
