[Stoves] grate effect? (was Re: ND-TLUD Burners at ETHOS -- What Works Best?)

Hi Tom

Is there someone who has put together a list of all of the recent
publications (peer reviewed and thesis) on improved cook stoves. I have a
potential donor who may fund this work but he wanted me to put together all
literature to justify the grants.
