That sounds reasonable.   Do that with a couple of replications, and maybe
check at a couple of different heights.

What is important is to note the conditions of the raw fuel, the zone of the
pyrolytic front, and the residual char that is accumulating.

Two different conditions of operation (high power and low power) could have
impact, and could be considered if he has time.
