[Stoves] Combustion test using palm kernel shell and sawdust pellet

Dear Stovers,

Yesterday 26/3/16, we have a visit from Jakarta. He is interested to our
stoves. We want to show him that palm kernel shell is very good cooking
fuel. Currently, Indonesia is the biggest palm oil producer country in the
world, but none is used for cooking fuel.
We then demonstrated two stoves, one fueled with palm kernel shell and the
other with sawdust pellet.
