[Stoves] Flame-Curtain Kilns for Pottery and Continuous Feed Stoves?

Hi folks;

There are a couple of things that may be worth investigating with
Flame-Curtain Kilns (FCK).
1) Could a small (e.g. 20 cm diameter) FCK be designed to be a refuelable
cookstove (a drawback of batch-loaded TLUDs). It would all depend on
combustion efficiency and emissions.
2) I wonder if we could fire pottery in these things. At some point one
may want to cap the kiln, and/or introduce some primary air to create a
charcoal fire.

Cheers,
Julien.
