For individual health, it is the exposure profile that matters, not
emission rates and concentrations.

My smoking a cigarette on a vacant beach in Vanuatu may be pollution, but
the CO2 from those breaths - or even CO and PAHs - hurt nobody.

To call CO2 emissions as pollution means all terrestrial air is polluted.
Even if consistent with a definition, this has the lawyerly attribute -
precise, but irrelevant.

PS: I have the same view of WBT lab test results - precise but irrelevant.
