One of the points Nikhil made was that to a user energy efficiency
means little, especially if there is abundant fuel from "common" land.
What matters is the cost in labour or cash to perform a cooking task.
Mathematical terms for efficiency appears necessary for those
"scoring" stoves for grants or subsidies.
