	1.  Yours is maybe the best video on a TLUD that I have seen.  

	2.  Can you say a bit more on the response of the cook or cooks shown in the video, to using a TLUD vs traditional approaches?

	3.  I have plenty more questions.   Any restrictions on what you are able to say?

	4. ps  I met Rebecca at Aprovecho a few years back - and never heard any inkling of this marvelous new approach - which probably has an incremental (not total) cost of less than $2.00 - maybe $1.00
