[Stoves] ETHOS 2017 agenda and logistics

Hi all - I add this (#9) mainly to get the inputs from Andrew (our stove list coordinator) and Elisa (chair of the ETHOS meeting) into today’s record.  I will be meeting Adam in 3 more days.

	This is hopefully the last until ETHOS.   

	I ask Ms. Fulland to forward my messages to Prof. Nurhuda, as my address for him was incorrect.
