[Stoves] GACC Forum registration deadline

As of 1 April, the price of the registration for the GACC Forum in India 
in October will be going up an additional $100.  (from $300 to $400).

I registered today.

The program (go to     www.cleancooking2017.org/program  )   has an 
early morning session on day two (Wednesday) called:

I assure all who attend that there will be great content and 
opportunities to advance the TLUD work worldwide.  I am coordinating 
that session, and am receiving TLUD-related inputs from all concerned.
