SNV urges government to pay attention to household air pollution

I am impressed and intrigued by SNV V4C philosophy:

"The programme focuses on generating evidence and building the capacity of
Civil Society Organisations in the following thematic areas such as
Renewable Energy, Food and Nutrition Security and Water, Sanitation and
Hygiene (WASH).

Mr Banye called on government to increase investment in the critical issues
of malnutrition, sanitation and clean cooking."

These are issues of human health, human environment. Not "global health"
and "global environment."

Stop dilly-dallying with DALYs and aDALYs which will change every year if
there are data (and not merely the assumption that solid fuels are dirty
and everybody on earth suffers the same HAP exposure adjusted for age and
sex.

If people mattered more than punditry.
